Refund Policy
The preparation for your arrival begins the moment you book our services. We set scheduling for care, massages, travel accommodations, etc. There are many factors involved in the Sei Bello recovery experience, leaving many affected by your cancellation. This leads to a firm NO REFUND, ALL SALES/PAYMENTS FINAL policy. All payments are final. A
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling of services is subject to availability. Clients are eligible to reschedule (1) time at no additional charge. Any additional date reschedules thereafter will incur a $450 rescheduling fee. Reschedules will only be permitted within (6) months from the original booking date. Please contact our office to confirm your new service dates are available before making any changes. Reschedules that occur without prior authorization will not be honored.
Hospitalizations/Early Termination Policy
Hospitalizations: In the event of hospitalization, we will not sell your bed. Upon discharge, you may return to your bed if it is within your originally scheduled service dates. If your discharge occurs outside of your service dates, we will arrange your transfer to the airport for departure unless you choose to book additional nights of service. Please note that additional nights are subject to availability and at the client's expense.
Early Termination: If the Client chooses to terminate services before the agreed-upon end date, this will result in no refund, as expenses incurred cannot be recovered. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge and accept that these costs are non-refundable in the event of early departure.
