What is the minimum stay requirement?
Our minimum stay is three (3) nights, and our maximum is seven (7) nights. If you need a longer recovery, extended stays may be available upon request.
What kind of care and support will I receive?
You will have dedicated, around-the-clock non-medical support throughout your stay - assistance with daily needs, nourishing meals, hydration, and gentle recovery care. Please note that our care is non-medical; we do not provide medical treatment or administer medications.
What transportation is included?
Every stay includes one (1) round trip on the day of your surgery and one (1) round trip to one (1) post-operative appointment. Premier and Elite packages also include pickup from your pre-op appointment and transportation back to the airport. Essential packages do not include pre-op pickup or airport transportation. Airport pickups are not available - please arrange your own transportation upon arrival. Any additional transportation is at your expense via rideshare or third-party transport company. A prescription pickup may be added for a $30 fee.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Sei Bello Cosmetic Concierge maintains a firm No Refunds policy. This is due to us scheduling care, massages, travel accommodations, etc. Service retainer fees are nonrefundable at any time. Payments and service retainer fees will be honored for one (1) year from the original booking date. Rescheduling of service must be requested at minimum seven (7) days prior to your arrival. Reschedules are based upon availability and may incur a fee. If you need to reschedule your service for any reason, contact us at 407-620-8815 or info@seibellocosmeticconciergellc.com.
Am I allowed visitors during my stay?
To ensure comfort and rest and protect the privacy of our guests, we do not allow visitors during your stay.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM EST and check-out is at 10:00 AM EST. Early check-in is not available. Late check-out until 1:00 PM EST may be approved in advance for a $150 fee. On departure day, guests are transported to the airport two (2) hours before their scheduled flight, so please schedule your flight accordingly. (Airport drop-off is included in Premier and Elite packages.)
Can I bring a companion?
Yes - companions are welcome when space allows, at an additional cost. Please contact us for availability and pricing. Male companions are also welcome and are required to book the entire home for the duration of the stay.
Are you a nurse? Who will be caring for me?
No, I am not a registered nurse. I am a Registered Medical Assistant with over 20 years of healthcare experience, trained in First Aid, CPR, and Basic Life Support - and all of our staff are healthcare professionals. The care we provide is non-medical recovery support.
Is Sei Bello a recovery home?
Yes. Sei Bello is a luxury post-operative recovery home in Miami, Florida, hosting a maximum of two surgery guests at a time in a calm, comfortable setting. Our home is AHCA compliant and operates in accordance with Florida law.
Are massages included?
Yes - in Premier and Elite packages. Gentle light lymphatic massage to support your healing begins post-op day two. Massages are not included in the Essential package and are not performed on check-out day. Additional sessions may be purchased at an additional cost.
Which airports do you service?
We service both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale airports for your convenience.
Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?
All payments are nonrefundable and non-transferable. Every booking is personal and exclusively tied to the guest named on the reservation.
