Welcome to Sei Bello Cosmetic Concierge, a premier luxury post-operative recovery and concierge service. By booking with Sei Bello, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review carefully before making a reservation or receiving services.

General Information

Sei Bello Cosmetic Concierge provides post-operative care, recovery lodging, and concierge services to clients recovering from cosmetic and elective procedures. Our goal is to ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional recovery experience in a supportive environment. We do not provide medical diagnosis or surgical procedures. Our services are designed to assist clients during recovery, not replace licensed medical care.

Booking and Payment

All bookings require a non-refundable service retainer fee equal to one-half of your total balance to secure your stay. Service retainer fees are valid for one (1) year from the original booking date and may be applied to rescheduling only. Remaining balances must be paid fifteen (15) days prior to arrival, by 6:00 PM EST. A $150 late fee will apply to balances not paid by the due date. If payment is still not received by noon the following calendar day, services will be cancelled. If you wish to rebook services after cancellation, a $450 rescheduling fee will apply. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit, Cash App, Apple Pay, Chime, Venmo, or Buy Now Pay Later options such as Klarna, or AfterPay. ALL SALES/PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. Refunds will not be issued.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is at 3:00 PM EST and check-out is at 10:00 AM EST, no exceptions. Early check-in is not available. Late check-out until 1:00 PM EST may be approved in advance for a $150 fee. Guests remaining after 1:00 PM EST will be charged for an additional full night. Transportation will not be provided before 3:00 PM on arrival day or after 10:00 AM on departure day.

Transportation

Transportation includes one (1) round trip on the day of your surgery and one (1) round trip to one (1) post-operative appointment. Premier and Elite packages also include pickup from your pre-operative appointment and transportation back to the airport. Essential packages do not include pre-op pickup or airport transportation. Airport pickups are not available; please arrange your own transportation upon arrival.

Prescriptions issued prior to surgery day are the client's responsibility to have filled before arrival. A prescription pickup may be added for a $30 fee. Any additional transportation not included in your package will be at the client's expense and arranged via rideshare or third-party transportation company.
